Claim Settlement Process

Step 1. Inform us about your planned hospitalization at least 5 days in advance. If it's an emergency, let us know within 24 hours.

Step 2. When you reach the network hospital, present your insurance card and ID proof.

Step 3. The hospital will submit your cashless claim request form to Tata AIG for pre-authorization.

Step 4. After reviewing your documents, Tata AIG will approve your cashless treatment.

Step 5. Once your treatment is completed, Tata AIG will settle the hospital bill directly with the network hospital.

Step 6. If you're admitted to a non-network hospital, you'll need to pay the full bill. Then, send all required documents to us. We'll verify them and reimburse your claim within 21 days.
