A compulsory co-payment of 20% applies to each claim for insured persons aged above 60 years.
Waiting Period
- Initial Waiting Period: 30 days from policy inception, excluding accidents.
- Specific Diseases: 24 months for listed ailments.
- Pre-existing Diseases: 48 months waiting period applies.

Access to over 12,500 network hospitals across India for cashless treatment.
Daycare Treatment
Coverage for medical procedures requiring less than 24-hour hospitalization, including chemotherapy and cataract surgery.
AYUSH Treatment
Expenses for alternative treatments such as Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy are covered up to the sum insured.
Exclusions
Pre-existing diseases are not covered until the completion of the specified waiting period.
Medical expenses incurred within the initial 30 days of the policy, except for accidental injuries.
Treatment for self-inflicted injuries, suicide attempts, or conditions caused by substance abuse.
Cosmetic or plastic surgery unless required due to an accident or medically necessary.
Infertility treatments, assisted reproductive techniques, and related procedures.
Injuries resulting from participation in hazardous activities or adventure sports.
Non-medical expenses such as dietary supplements, vitamins, or external medical devices.
Costs associated with gender reassignment surgery or hormone therapy.
