Circumcision (except due to accident), preputial dilatation, removal of smegma, etc.
Treatment arising from or traceable to pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, abortion, or complications of these .
War, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, or warlike operations (whether war is declared or not).
