Cosmetic and aesthetic procedures like plastic surgery, cosmetic implants, and weight-loss treatments are excluded unless medically necessary.
Injuries caused by self-inflicted harm, suicide attempts, drug abuse, or alcohol consumption are not covered.
Non-allopathic treatments beyond AYUSH therapies at government-recognized institutions are excluded.
Infertility treatments, including IVF, surrogacy, and sterilization procedures, are not covered.
Injuries resulting from war, nuclear radiation, or participation in hazardous activities like adventure sports are excluded.
