Exclusions
Pre-existing diseases not covered for the first 48 months.
No coverage for illnesses diagnosed within the first 90 days of policy issuance.
Self-inflicted injuries, suicide, or attempts of self-harm.
Illnesses due to alcohol, drug abuse, or substance addiction.
Conditions arising from hazardous activities, war, riots, or terrorism.
Cosmetic or plastic surgeries unless required due to accident or burns.
Treatment for HIV/AIDS and related complications.
Congenital diseases or birth defects.
Infertility treatment, pregnancy-related expenses, and childbirth complications.
Experimental or unproven treatments not recognized by medical authorities.
