Chola Flexi Health Supreme (Plus) does not have a mandatory copayment for most claims. However, if the policyholder chooses treatment in a non-network hospital or opts for specific medical procedures, a copayment clause may apply as per policy terms. Senior citizens may also have a predefined copayment percentage on claims.

Initial Waiting Period: 30 days from policy inception, except for accidental injuries.
