HDFC Sanchay Legacy Inclusions and Exclusions

Acceleration of Death Benefit

100% of Death Benefit shall be paid on being diagnosed on first occurrence of any of the 19 Critical Illnesses covered. This benefit is available only after the end of the 10th policy year or PPT, whichever is later.

Premium Payment Customizations

HDFC Life provides flexible premium payment options for their Sanchay Legacy Plan, allowing policyholders to choose from annual, half-yearly, quarterly, or monthly payment frequencies based on their preference.

Exclusions

Suicide within 12 months refunds premiums instead of full benefits.
Pre-existing diseases diagnosed within 36 months are not covered.
Illnesses from alcohol or drug use are not covered.
Self-inflicted injuries, including suicide attempts, are not covered.
War-related illnesses and injuries are not covered.
