Claim Settlement Process:

Step 1. Get admitted to any network hospital of HDFC ERGO General Insurance for cashless treatment.

Step 2. Present your HDFC ERGO health card along with a valid photo ID.

Step 3. The hospital will send a pre-authorization form to HDFC ERGO General Insurance to request cashless treatment.

Step 4. Once approved, the insurer will notify the hospital, and you can proceed with your treatment.

Step 5. Upon discharge, the hospital will provide you with the final bill and necessary documents.

Step 6. Final Approval

Step 7. Submit all documents to HDFC ERGO General Insurance for final authorization, which will be processed within 7 days.
